At Botanical Distilling, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Australia — $9.95 AUD, standard delivery 3 to 7 business days. Free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

New Zealand — $19.95 AUD, standard delivery 6 to 10 business days.

United Kingdom — $29.95 AUD, standard delivery 10 to 15 business days.

United States & Rest of World — $29.95 AUD, standard delivery 10 to 20 business days.

Multiple Suppliers Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple suppliers and may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information via the Australia Post website.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your tracking information and we will assist you with a claim.
