Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SALES OF DISTILLING EQUIPMENT
The use and possession of stills and other distilling equipment is heavily regulated by federal, state, and/or local laws. Distillation of alcohol for consumption or other uses without the required licenses or permits is illegal and could result in legal penalties. If you purchase distilling equipment from us, you expressly represent and warrant that you will comply with (i) all laws applicable to the possession, use and operation of such equipment; (ii) all instructions for the use and operation of such equipment, and (iii) you waive any claims against us, our owners, officers, directors, employees, equipment suppliers, or agents for any misuse of the equipment.
We supply distilling equipment globally, including in jurisdictions where licenses or permits may not be required for certain uses. Any marketing or communications regarding distillation equipment that suggest its use in distilling alcohol shall be understood to mean “with all required licenses and permits and in accordance with all applicable laws.”
IF YOU PURCHASE, POSSESS, USE OR OPERATE ANY STILL OR OTHER DISTILLING EQUIPMENT FROM US, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DISTILLING ALCOHOL INVOLVES RISKS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FIRE, EXPLOSION, AND EXPOSURE TO TOXIC SUBSTANCES. YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS VOLUNTARILY.
You further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Botanical Distilling and its affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, claims, suits, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the ownership, use, or transfer of any distilling equipment supplied by us.
If you resell or transfer distilling equipment purchased from us, you agree to: (i) Maintain appropriate liability insurance; (ii) Obtain agreement from the transferee to these Terms; (iii) Not encourage or assist unlawful use; (iv) Understand that warranties are non-transferable.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
